Bull Sale In Downtown Cheyenne

SHORTGO

JAN. 24, 2019

The Cheyenne Depot Museum and the City of Cheyenne partnered to bring the infamous Thomas Angus Ranch bull sale in downtown.

This partnership brought visitors all over to downtown Cheyenne. Plus, it most certainly brought a new scene to the Capital City’s center.

“It brought people from Nebraska, South Dakota, Montana and Nebraska into our community. We welcome the opportunity to host them downtown.” shared by Christy McCarthy, Executive Director of Cheyenne Depot Museum.

Preparation to host the event started months ago. Yesterday activities of setting up the sale took place, come sun or snow or wind. Bulls were transported in for the sale and found a temporary stay in the Cheyenne Depot Plaza, while the auction activities happened within the depot building.
